This is a wonderful place! The location cannot be beat - you can walk to a market, the beach and downtown State Street all within minutes. It is right near the train station, so there are some train noises, but did not bother us in the slightest. There is one dedicated spot for parking and there seemed to be plenty of street parking as well. Stay here - you will not regret it!

Our stay at Christopher’s place was exactly what we were looking for. We were right by a bunch of awesome restaurants and bars and just steps from the beach. The place was cozy and clean. It was also right in the middle of a really nice neighborhood. Couldn’t have asked for anything more!

Clean, spacious, looks exactly like the pictures. The trains were a bit of a nuisance in the mornings, but overall we were happy we picked this place over other listings. Great neighborhood and extremely walkable. We enjoyed our stay!

The place is a really great location, walkable to the beach, state street, and the funk zone. The spot itself is a good size and the fenced in patio is really nice for letting kids get some fresh air or relaxing yourself. The host was also great and very communicative. As others stated it is right by the train tracks, if all the windows are closed they aren't loud at all (no AC though), you can also use the train schedule to plan when you are opening or closing the windows (if the first train runs before you want to wake up close the windows before then). It wasn't an issue for us we just closed the windows for kids to sleep and then opened them before we went to sleep and our kids wake up early. During the day it only comes a few times and the loud part is mostly the whistle which only sounds a few times with each stop. Other than that no complaints!
